Placed an order for a Christmas item back in December The order never shipped Have tried 3 times over the last two months to get help but all I receive is the same generic response saying they ll get back to me They never get back to me Also tried the Chat option on their website- it s an automated program and is completely useless

Cannot Unsubscribe
Suddenly I have begun receiving daily emails from Pier 1 Imports I have not purchased anything from Pier 1 in at least two years I have tried to unsubscribe but the link is not working The email does not accept return emails and may not even be valid I would not purchase anything from the site or company online

Pier1 com is on collection agency s list
This company probably is on the verge of bankruptcy We re one of their suppliers they haven t paid us since last August We stopped ship for them According to their website they don t do refund the customers who have a pending order with us haven t get any money back yet They are on our collection agency s list If you want to place a order on their website make sure if you can get a refund if they can t ship your order

I would give this place a 0 Worst customer service and they don t know how to just issue a refund I just placed my second order with them after losing about 20 returning something I found a lot cheaper somewhere else My cart did not match the invoice that the company sent me I even screen recorded my cart before I clicked submit and have a confirmation picture that does not match my email I am beyond frustrated with having to deal with them once again for messing up an order

Pier One s customer service is deplorable
Pier One s customer service is deplorable now that they are completely online I ordered two pillows never got a confirmation email or order number then got two pillows that were completely different than what I ordered I could have lived with this error and worked with the merchant but there is no way to talk to a human being and when I repeatedly sent emails to report the error I received absolutely no response aside from an automated email that said in effect we re super busy and will get back to you Which as I said no one at Pier One ever did I would NEVER deal with them again and suggest that no one else should either

As long as you don t plan to return anything you might be OK This retailer must have bought the rights to the Pier1 name but they re absolute trash I asked to do a return they got back to me 13 days later saying the return would only be accepted within 30 days of purchase which of course then it wasn t

New Pier One is awful
New Pier One is awful They cancelled all credit card rewards for existing customers cancelled all gift cards held by existing customers and will not honor any defective products sold prior to their New Management taking over I bought six outdoor club chairs in an outdoor weatherproof wicker like material that was supposed to hold up to outdoor elements less than two years ago and one of them is falling apart For the price I paid they need to do something but will not It is disgraceful Such a shame it was a great store before- I guess I am a Wayfair shopper now Much better return policy and customer care

Tremendously terrible experience with Customer Service Now that they have gone completely online they have clearly lost the great customer service they once had Wanted to speak to a supervisor which equates to getting a call from someone at some point with no knowledge or insight to your complaint and zero incentive to help I am certain their run as a completely online service will be short lived I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE

Like other reviews I ordered an item on November 4 2022 I have yet to receive it My contact with customer service assures me that my purchase is in the warehouse but due to logistical issues it is taking longer than usual I have been offered the chance to select another item but there is no guarantee that I will receive that in a timely manner Yet I get holiday promotional ads every day

Extremely rude customer service
Extremely rude customer service They wouldn t speak upon entering idk if it s because I m black and they re racist or if it s just them being downright unprofessional This happened almost every time I visited I didn t come often for this reason but gave them chance due to their sales during the off season They should be out of business with this type of attitude I wouldn t waste my support on their online products and risk them reopening Very bad customer relations Pier 1
