Ordered a pair of their great looking regularly priced shoes Just return for credit if not satisfied 1 Quality so unsatisfactory I didn t want another Pilotti product2 Must have return label to return unsatisfactory shoes 3 No return label in box with shoes unlike most O L retailers 4 Online return label process ONLY allows you to print IF first you agree to exchange shoes for another Pilotti product no credit return to charge card offered 5 No customer service telephone number shown ANYWHERE Only email6 No response to email either online or by phone call I have asked CC company to recover charge

Scam company Ordered shoes in the wrong size didn t know you had to go through their exchange feature which isn t an obvious thing Out 400 and I have emailed multiple times with no reply Disputing the charge

Good shoes terrible service
Good shoes completely unresponsive and incapable customer service If you preorder shoes do not include anything else in the order because they will wait to ship it all and items that became out of stock after their many preorder delays will just get cancelled if you reach out with simple questions weeks of wait for a response btw Only buy it you can see and try them on in person Or maybe just find a better company

Like another respondent said the Piloti website states they use FEDEX for USA deliveries My purchase never arrived contacted Fedex DHL USPS but kept getting invalid tracking number response A company called VEHO who commincates by text only who I thought was just a broker for delivery services gave me another tracking number but had no knowledge has to who the delivery service that actually made the delivery which in the end landed on a different porch Today I discovered that it indeed was VEHO actually makes deliveries and said the problem is with Piloti who only communicates by email and only after 72 hours will get involved leaving my shoes on the feet on a Fast n Furious wannabe driving a very load and obnoxious Ricer

My order was never fulfilled customer service unresponsive
I ordered a pair of Piloti driving shoes in April 2024 Piloti charged my credit card but never shipped the shoes I have emailed their customer service 3 times referencing the order number in the subject line I have never received a response Yes I checked my spam filter While my first 2 emails were requesting status the last email requested a refund No refund issued and no response I filed a complaint with my VISA card bank USAA in July USAA attempted to contact Piloti but never received a response

Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service Ordered four pairs of shoes which were were half a size too small I just wanted to exchange for a larger size but the automated process would either not allow this one pair or charged an extortionate restocking charge Tried to correspond by email as requested but don t receive replies Wish I had read the other reviews before ordering

Appalling customer service 12 days to respond to a query They want a handling charge to return the goods which is greater than the cost of the shoes Never ever again Such a shame because the shoes are so good

Sale items come with conditions that are not clearly marked on the product page and no customer support
I recently purchased a pair of Piloti shoes during the Black Friday sale only to discover afterward that they were final sale items meaning exchanges or returns are not permitted This important piece of information was not visible on the product page or during the checkout process it was only included in the confirmation email in small print I followed their size chart closely while making my purchase as this was my first experience with the brand However the size I received was one size too small based on my foot measurement and the EU to US size conversion I reached out to customer support but it has now been five business days without any response Consequently I am left with a pair of shoes that do not fit This has been a disappointing experience given the appealing design and quality of the shoes It is unfortunate that a well-made product is undermined by inadequate communication and support At this time I cannot recommend them to anyone and would not purchase from Piloti again
