They take your money- Perhaps you will get your items in some months
I have ordered a couple of items from Pimax and in every case the items were months late in spite of the on-line inventory indicating that they were In Stock and mails verifying the order They charge the money when they verify the order and they are not in hurry to send the items But if you like getting mails from their support with qoutes like this one Apologize for not sending you the Comfort Kit Dp cable because now the Comfort Kit is being transfered from other places and it may really need some time The logistics team will arrange it for you when the Comfort kit is avaialble in the warehouse Please note that this mail was sent to me after the order was confirmed ready and the money was charged from my account Only because I inquired about the order 20 days after making it and importantly it does not state WHEN they are able to send my order but at least the logistics team is on the case This is the second time i order from Pimax The first time they advertized with controllers and basestations with the headset I ordered the set but it was delayed for months because controllers and base stations were not even in production they are offering products from other companies now To sum it up The pimax homepage is fantasy You cannot be sure that the items you order are in stock even though it says so You cannot even be sure they are producing the items they are advertizing the only thing you can be sure about is that they will charge you in advance

Scam company
Pre-orders that take a year to ship no response to tickets 3 months plus to get RMA items like a faulty cable that arrives and the replacement is also faulty If you wait 6 months for your item and ask for a refund even if they eventually do they will charge fees that they never mention in any T C Scam company avoid They recently also deleted their company forum and moved it to openmr because it was so covered in customer complaints and now they ve moved their website from pimaxvr to pimax com to try to wipe the slate clean on reviews like this one

Pimax SCAMMERS
Ordered Pimax accessories in September 2019 It s currently February 2021 and Pimax still haven t shipped the items Have been in contact with the support team every month since 2019 and yet they still haven t shipped the items They have recently confessed they are in trouble due to not collecting tax payments correctly Pimax are requesting I set up a fake organisation to register for a VAT number in order to pay 20 in tax to HMRC before they will ship to the UK

not possible to get an invoice
do not know what the product looks like I order it just two weeks ago and it is not even shipped But for sure I can share my frustration here that getting an invoice from this company is impossible Every day i was promised the invoice will come for the last 4 days and it is still not there why an invoice is not send at the time of purchase is a big question

Crystal Light
Purchased crystal light and accessories However for sure i can tell accessories you do not need to buy And company does not accept accessories return despite claim on the website that you can return within 2 weeks Very Chinese style Many questions no answer to email Do all it takes not to allow you to ship stuff back Terrible terrible experience All communication with the firm is terrible for because either their on holiday or do not reply Regarding pimax itself It is ok gear But for example in the software they claim they have OpenXR support that should allow rendering in the center However my experiecen is that this is absolutly not working and community is way to small and company itself of course is even worse place to go for advise

ORDER NEVER PROCESSED BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
To begin with I Ordered my pimax on November 5th with an advert telling me be ready for msfs24 The roll out is now on Tuesday and I won t have my hands on the headset Order is still processing Since according to their shipping conditions I am within the warehouse region shipping should take place within 3-7 days according to their conditions This did not happen Will it be produced when ordered Disappointed big time On pimax discord and ticket server the I don t get an answer Try now to at least get a refund No answer yet neither This is the worst customer service I ever experienced Should have ordered it here with a dealer The price would have been even cheaper after taxes and shipping Get now a varjo or bigscreen beyond PIMAX NOT RECOMMENDED

No Refund Horrible Support
After some long E-Mailing about refunding a product this is what I had to answer I will certainly not purchase another headset from Pimax whether it s the Crystal Super or any future model since I cannot trust the quality of your products anymore The trade-in program is equally unconvincing there s no guarantee when the 12K will actually be available if at all and waiting years is definitely not an option for me As for the repair I m not willing to cover the high shipping costs of 90 along with additional taxes and repair fees It s frustrating that such an expensive headset breaks down after just one year and Pimax offers no meaningful support or goodwill in this situation This experience has left me deeply disappointed and I cannot recommend Pimax to anyone or consider supporting the brand in the future

ordered received installed it works - no issue
I became quite worried browsing the website lots of offers discount codes and not too easy to differentiate between them But I received the order in full within 3 days with no fuss The installation and configuration was as straightforward as it gets DCS MSFS working as intended right of the box It just doesn t happen very often and the clarity definition is outstanding
