this is a scam cannot associate subscription payment with service I am not saying it is an intentional scam They are probably just incompetent The result is the same

I have been using PIMEYES for a year

I have been using PIMEYES for a year The product was good but the customer service is not great I used to get 400- 600 results for every search Now I get about 70 results and they are usually the exact picture I searched I messaged customer service to ask why the search results had changed i was consistently getting 400 to 600 results for a year they said their developers changed the specification of the package so its limited to 200 results I asked if they had communicated this to existing subscribers They said no and that if I wanted to keep the same service I would need to upgrade to their protect service So I upgraded as they recommended and the search results are still exactly the same They have a good product but it is not good practice to change a service and not communicate anything about the change to subscribers Then when customers ask about the change you tell them to upgrade and the upgrade produces the same amount of results I feel I was misled by their customer service Also the changes theyve made mean that the website no produces very few search results

Received 2 fraudulent charges from PimEyes after deleting my account Larceny and embezzlement by credit card fraud appear to be PimEyes business model Stay away

I recently used pimeyes com they advertised the ability to identify people through their faces but when I tried to use the service it was completely useless unable to identify any of the people that I searched for Additionally when I tried to request a refund for the service on the same day with only 3 searches I was told that no refunds were available under any circumstances This was extremely disappointing as I had paid for a service that did not deliver as promised Overall I would not recommend this website to others The service has been ineffective and the refusal to provide refunds is a major alarm signal Save yourself the frustration and look for a different more reliable service

1-month subscription is not provided

They advertise a 1-month subscription but they actually do not provide the full month As soon as you try to cancel the renewal they also terminate the access that you paid for Stay away Unethical business

Extremely poor service and SO expensive for the full membership

Pimeyes is not a cheap service but it s great when it works When becoming an Advance Member for a month having paid 299 99 the search functions are great and all of a sudden upon payment the results obtained are phenomenal then a week or so into the advance membership the notifications stop and the dates for current searches remain fixed cancel the membership around 2 weeks in advance of it ending due to being unsatisfied and BOOM Results pour in again like a lock has been lifted a week later it freezes again Now Pimeyes states that they do not provide updates if no new images are found which is a fair statement to make however whatever algorithm they use it is evident they lock results to a specific date I would not recommend using the advance membership as it does not deliver regularly as promised and is very expensive Give it a go but do not expect to be overly satisfied towards the middle of your membership
