Ordered a map prior to the holidays and

Ordered a map prior to the holidays and added expedited shipping in an effort to get it by Christmas Unfortunately there were some delays in printing so it wasn t able t be shipped till haver the holidays but when I received it it was the wrong order all together While I wasn t happy about it I really couldn t have asked for better customer service They took ownership credited me back expedited shipping and got the correct one to me as soon as they could In a world that has conditioned me for poor service I prepared for push back and I got the exact opposite Thank you very much for turning a poor experience into one that I use as an example at where I work with my teams
