I used Pinnacle to order a recumbent bike We have had an issue with the screen but it s how they elected to deal with it which is to be very helpful to try and replace it for free things break its the support you get that is good reflection of the company

Fantastic customer service and regular contact to help along the way for purchasing and delivery We bought 11 startrac bikes that are in super condition and I look forward to purchasing more in the near future AJ Health and Fitness

Found the company by accident when searching for refurb spin bikes Excellent customer service Was looked after by Will who talked me through the different bikes available pro con and sent photos of the different models Needed the bike quickly and although he was out of the office he was able to get the bike sent out by next day delivery I always worry about buying refurb equipment online but had a great experience with this company felt they were highly trustworthy and they delivered a great product Would use them again

Quick thanks to William for supplying a superbly refurbished Life Fitness running machine It arrived on time in immaculate condition and the installation engineers were excellent I had a few set up queries once received which William was able to talk me through over the phone Very happy 5 star product and service Chris Berkshire

We bought the fully refurbished Life Fitness treadmill in Satin Black It arrived promptly at the time agreed from a very helpful courier company They were brilliant Upon arrival I inspected the machine I have experience with commercial gym equipment Straight away I could see it had been serviced to a high standard the engineers at Pinnacle Fitness clearly know what they re doing It is immaculate mechanically sound looks absolutely fantastic Special thanks to Will who worked tirelessly to provide an excellent service he went the extra mile to get exactly what we wanted We re absolutely delighted with our new piece of gym kit couldn t of got a better product or service I highly recommend this company We will use again for future additions to our gym

I recently ordered a Life IC7 Spin bike The communication between myself and Will at Pinnacle was absolutely great just what you want when spending had earn t money It arrived as planned and after unwrapping the very professional wrapping i was very delighted with my purchase The used condition was far better than i expected as it was like new condition I would very much like to recommend Pinnacle Fitness to anyone thinking of buying any equipment from them You will not be disappointed Thanks John Edwards

Purchased an IC7 Life Fitness bike

Purchased an IC7 Life Fitness bike with Myride console from Pinnacle Fitness s ebay page Although out of hours 8 30pm Sunday night Will phoned me straight away to apologise saying this bike was no longer available and then refunded my money immediatley He then suggested an alternative model on his web site which I purchased The bike was delivered to me promptly in Cornwall and extremely well protected during transit in layers of bubble wrap The bike was in excellant condition and once set up I noticed that one of the buttons on the coach by Colour console wasnt working very well So I contacted Will and it was absolutly no problem at all a replacement was sent straight away Will is a very likeable person to deal with and his company are second to none Professional courteous supplying great refurbished equipment and reasonably priced with excellant follow up support I highly recommend them you wont be disappointed with their service
