The Pinpoint Applicant Tracking System allows candidates to let us know that they are interested in working for us even if there is not a position they are ready to apply for right now This is a great way to build a pipeline of potential candidates for the future and significantly reduces the time it takes us to fill a position When we are hiring it makes it so much easier to keep track of who has applied and to share this information with our whole team to get their feedback on the candidates The interface is easy to use and there s no need to get the IT department involved in order to get it up and running The whole process from start to finish took about an hour

I find Pinpoint extremely user-friendly professional and most impressively it took me only a couple of minutes to set up my account and post my first job specification I find the dashboard well organised and the e-mail notifications provided me with important updates relating to the active roles
