Exceptional customer care
I recently found Pipe Drean Furniture online when I was looking for a stylish well made brass towel ladder for my new bathroom The company delivered an excellent service from my initial phone enquiry right through to the delivery The towel ladder is well made and was delivered unassembled as requested and it s a great addition to my bathroom I also want to add that the customer care is exceptional I will be using them again and highly recommend them

Best customer service
First time ordering from this company and I messed up on step 1 Selected the wrong item I emailed to explain and asked if the item could be swapped Super swift response confirming the change was made like it was no issue at all Easy website to use amazing customer service and the item arrived today - I am obsessed LOVE the rustic feel of the shelf and brackets I ordered I will definitely be ordering more from this company so so impressed Thank you

Customer service second to none Ordered a pull up bar and initially the incorrect size was sent but without any hesitation they sent out the correct size and even let me keep the original one - which will get another usage Didn t expect that and very impressed with their kindness

Amazing coffee filter holder
Ordered a coffee filter holder made with industrial pipe and reclaimed wood It looks really great - very cool and modern and slightly weird which I love It arrived in good time and was well packaged The pipe needed an adjustment and Matt sent me out another one to replace it and now it s perfect Makes a delicious coffee Thank you Pipe Dream Furniture

Excellent quality products and exceptional customer service We ordered a bespoke wood shelf unit to mount a his and hers sink - the shelf looks beautiful and is of really high quality There was some issues with the brackets but this was swiftly resolved Stewart was excellent to deal with and I would not hesitate to order from Pipe Dream Furniture again

Yesterday I ordered a clothing rail to be made in a custom size And despite it being custom made I received it today I m so impressed Super helpful customer service easy to order clothes rail looks great and is really sturdy Needed a clean before it could be used but no big deal and it was easy to assemble Highly recommended by a very happy customer
