Pixwelz stole my money

I had a friendly chat with Jessica on Sunday and gave her the information for her to design a new mobile app 500 budget 3500 total design budget I was unsure of the quality they would produce She wanted 50 of the payment upfront I agreed with her to create one of the screens and paid her 100 in advance for this She promised to come back within 48 hours with the screen concept 3 days later Wednesday I messaged her letting her know that I felt let down that she did not communicate anything to me about delays her side It seems like she had too many clients and could not afford the time In the first messages with her I asked for an introduction call but it was too late for her at night she did not offer or arrange a call at a later time I asked her for a refund if she had not started the work or to show me the work she had done She did not reply to my message I sent her a message yesterday Thursday letting her know that she had 24 hours to give an update or I would be writing this review She ignored my message didn t bother to read it This was my experience of Jessica and Pixwelz She may have good intentions but in this instance Pixwelz have taken my money and have not produced anything Thieves Be aware EDIT response to Jessica s replyJessica is not being honest As I was unsure of the quality of the work she would produce and even after she promised a full money back guarantee I agreed with her to do 1 screen as an example Of the total agreed budget of 500 for 20 screens this would mean 25 per screen I paid 50 and said to her this was just for the first screen That is 200 upfront This was her response in agreement with the the 50 advance payment Okay I will do the chores screen UI at first I will take 48 Hours time as I need to create the full design system for the app to start design Today Saturday she sent me a message saying I got sick suddenly Sorry for this in response to my message to her that I had made a Trust pilot review I don t believe she got sick for one moment This is an excuse for not communicating during the week I m surprised that she finds this review funny and amusing She has not provided any work or a refund of the money sent My position still stands Thief I will update this review once my money has been returned I don t expect that she has done any design work due to being sick Update 15th Nov Jessica deleted her response to this review Payment was made to MD SUMAN MIAH by remitly on Oct 6 2024 Confirmed by Jessica in the previous reply from Pixwelz which she deleted The current reply 2 Hours ago by the CEO Anwar is disingenuous and idiotic Encase he decides to remove it this is what he has said -- At Pixwelz LTD every order is assigned a unique PO number and invoice number for proper tracking and verification Upon reviewing your request I noticed that the PO number was not provided As a result I am unable to confirm the authenticity of the order at this time Could you kindly share the PO number associated with your order This will allow me to verify that the request is related to Pixwelz LTD and proceed accordingly -- This is an attempt by him to fool any reader into thinking this review is not genuine Don t be fooled Beware Pixwelz stole my money Anwar You may contact me directly Jessica has my contact Please do send me a message I will update here if when Anwar makes contact with me I have spoken with Anwar he as agreed a refund I ll update this review once he has paid Update 26th November No refund received from Pixwelz
