Opened a contract and regretted it
Opened a contract with this company and due to financial and health reasons I requested to send the items back At the beginning they delivered the wrong light gantry and had to send it back at a later date I refused the delivery of a fridge because they arrived later than the delivery time I expected They took the hot cupboard away for no reason and replaced it with a cold cupboard and did not answer my emails requesting a replacement When they agreed to accept the items back I was not informed that my deposit would be non refundable although I stated many times that I was expecting it If they had told me no refund would be forthcoming I could have passed the equipment on to the incoming business I gave them 3 months notice so they had plenty of time to point out the non refund and they sent a company to pick up the equipment a few weeks later but had to waste time calling them explaining the 3 months I talked to Rosie Amanda Joe at their offices and they either frequently did not answer or passed the buck Joe was helpful but again did not bring up the non refund at any time When the pick up happened 350 I had to send them pictures showing how badly the company was transporting them Do not deal with this company they will stitch you up This all happened between Oct 23 and April 24

It s been a roller coaster of trouble
It s been a roller coaster of trouble It started off well and we have quite a bit of equipment being rented Everything Is fine until you need a repair or want to order something else ot discuss your account Extremely slow to communicate Told me they couldn t exchange as there was a missed payment I have been waiting 2 weeks to resolve an issue with a dishwasher The missed payment was less than 24 hours ago but the issue has been ongoing for 2 weeks So the missed payment is a poor excuse The payment bounced at 1am And I then paid it at 11am once I realised Excuse after excuse I rent 500 rental worth a WEEK Yet speaking to someone in the right department is virtually impossible We will be leaving once our contract is up We have been customers for nearly 2 years They will lose our custom eventually I m also still waiting for this call back It s been 3 more days

Excellent products service and attention to detail
