Sad to leave

I recently moved from a Placefirst home in Accrington where I have lived for four years Sheryl and Dawn have been absolutely brilliant The only reason I moved was due to work commitments I did ask if they had any properties in Leicester but unfortunately they didn t I really hope my new landlord lives up to the same standards I m used to Thank you so much for a wonderful home and for making everything so easy

The first time I set my eyes on Scholars View I was amazed at the spectacular view The application background check moving in were seamless and smooth Thanks to constant communication of the place first team The efficiency and professionalism of Dave B the property manager throughout the whole was awesome He kept following up even after moving in to ensure we are settling in well My family loves the serenity and ambience of the environment Friendly neighbors and peaceful neighborhood The Properties are lovely nicely decorated and modern I have recommended this property to different families Opeyemi Adetoyi

Been doing some work for Placefirst recently and I ve got to say I m very impressed Accommodating personable and professional The people that work for Placefirst care about the people that live in their properties and about the standard of their properties Nice to see as a contractor

Initial Thoughts

From the initial viewing to getting my keys on moving in Placefirst and especially Sarah have made the process run so smoothly On moving in Sarah took time to explain everything and made me feel very welcome

Flexible and helpful

We recently recieved news of a slight rent bump and a new contract with terms that are a little too long for us We love our home and have had great experiences with Placefirst since we moved in over a year ago but need to relocate for our own convenience Generously we were offered a shorter term contract allowing us some time to get our things in order without having to sign ourselves up to a longer term than wanted I highly recommend renting with Placefirst and getting in touch with their services should you need to discuss arraigning adjustments or options that they can tailor to you if you find yourself in an uncomfortable situation

We moved to Hetton

My husband and I just moved in 05 06 2024 and it was such a simple and easy process everything from viewing completing forms acceptance for the property and hand-over of the keys We met Dave on several occasions throughout this process and he has been fabulous Very knowledgeable and helpful We required some adjustments for our move-in day where I met Dave at 10 30 where my husband was only able to come meet him at the property in the afternoon but this was made no problem at all for our check-in Got a lovely welcome kit too We are thrilled to be in our new property and it was in fabulous condition upon move in We are currently in early stages as well and still sorting getting our utilities transferred to our name but Dave has made this process simple for us and has been very helpful and easily accessible to if we ever needed anything then
