The website feels dubious

It seems the company has been successfully going since 2007 but there are limited reviews on all platforms online which seems unusual The website is straightforward to use but does feel dubious however they Planet Perfume seemed to be the only store that had the perfume that I wanted so I took a risk and bought from the site To my relief I can only say I have had a very pleasant experience overall I had a professional email update when I purchased it and it came safely packaged within 48 hours I would happily recommend and use this website company service again

Genuinely the best customer service I think I ve experienced Originally ordered an item at the best price I could find online by far but after a few days of order processing I was called and emailed to say the item was out of stock They instead offered me the 100ml for no extra cost double the 50ml I ordered Due to the delay they also arranged next day delivery for me and it arrived less than 24 hours later having been posted from Romford up to me in Scotland They even emailed me with a tracking update on the delivery day The item is great too Really unbeatable service and I will be back again and again I m sure
