Had a great experience - had booked a hotel for the wrong weekend no refund option Sold it for around 50 of the purchase price which was far better than nothing Then booked an alternative hotel saw the night before they were offering the same room for 40 less with breakfast Had free cancellation on the original room until 6pm the night before - so rebooked and then simply pressed the cancel button on the first room - no issues although I called the hotel to check the booking was all in order Sale proceeds arrive promptly within 48 hours after the checkout date - excellent service will look to book further rooms in the future
