NEVER PURCHASE HERE PLANTS
I was given a 250 euro certificate to plantcircle co and it was a big mistake Since the certificate was given in January I couldn t use it for a long time because the delivery in winter time was not carried out but that s not the point NEVER BUY ON THIS SITE You will only waste your time and money This brand apparently has never heard what a customer experience is I used my certificate and ordered 4 plants 3 large and 1 small and ordered folds for flowers 60 euros worth On the website it was stated that delivery to Latvia is 3-6 working days on the 5th working day I wrote to them and they said to me that only processing of the order is only 7 days Okay on the 12th day after placing the order I abruptly get a text message that the order will be delivered today Isn t that cool I didn t receive any notification that the order was sent and how can I accept the order if I m not at home and it s not really convenient to deliver such large flowers to the office In the end I received 3 boxes when I opened them I was surprised 3 large flowers were damaged during transportation their leaves broke off and 1 even swayed sideways But this is still they did not send any of the 5 folds that I ordered How is this even possible In the end I wrote to them the same day March 18 they of course answered only from the 2nd or 3rd message The did not say that we will fix the situation send everything - you will not get for such an attitude here Eventually after a large number of messages they did say they would send me the folds Although they clearly tried to make it sound like they sent them and it s my problem I have a video of the unpacking of the parcels and they confirmed that they had sent the boxes but none of the 3 boxes contained pots Today is March 27 9 days have passed since I received the plants I also wrote to them again on March 25 about the folds but of course no one responded and did not send anything And I m not sure if they will even send me my pots I m not talking about the fact that the flowers were damaged during transportation - it s entirely their fault that they poorly packaged flowers and sell them online As a result - wasted time just stolen 60 euros and horrible attitude to the buyer If you value your nerves and money do not buy and do not order anything here

Plant Circus as people say I saw also very bad review here A shop that is a shame This shop would seem only social appearance be careful plant people I received a plant Philodendron Billietiae in very bad condition dry roots never happened with other plant shops and I order plants every week the leaves all broken unwatchable I asked for a refund on e-mail and they told me they offered me 30 or a refund based on how the plant returned and that is SO ABSURD A plant that will die in my hands certainly dead if sent back So with PayPal they told me the same thing they will refund me when it comes back I don t trust and in my opinion it s all premeditated by them The plant has already been sent in bad condition is evident Talking to other people they confirm their bad service and their reputation I always do good reviews because I support online plant shops but what goes like this is not really good plants are not objects Sooo if this shop after several messages I sent them will deign to behave like serious shops I will edit the review

Bad Bad Bad service Revived a dead plant in January - informed them the minute it arrived and send them pictures and a video of the dead philodendron Very slow in response in customer service and quite superficial in reply - nothing whatsoever like how can we help or doSomething for you refund you or ship a new one nothing to solve this matter I still haven t received my money back it s 3 weeks now since l received the plant - and my last e-mail from a week ago they still haven t replied on -despite they are the ones shipping a poor packed plant that didn t survive furthermore they want the plant back - and they don t pay the return shipping I have to pay Not only is it against the law because this is not a cancellation or me regretting my purchase it s a damaged item dead They also demand all the sudden that the plant shipped back to them has to be in a condition that they pointed out before a total refund for my purchase is in order is it ridiculous and shameful the plant where dead upon arrival Do they honestly think it won t be when they receive it

Plant Circle is a bunch of theives
Do not ever buy from this store I am not one to complain but I have never had such a bad experience with an online shop I had a gift card so I ordered a bunch of plants and a terrarium kit with heat packs totaling 150 euros They never sent me a tracking number They randomly showed up at my door All but 2 of the plants were dead and one was missing The missing plant was a 75 euro plant I contacted them and they said they were sorry They would send me the missing and damaged plants right away It took over 2 weeks for them to come They only resent me the damaged plants Guess what The 75 euro plant is still missing I ve recontacted them via email to tell them it was still missing I have received no reply I contacted them on instagram as well They ve seen my message and they are ignoring it This company has stolen 75 euros from me I tried leaving a review on their website but obviously those are curated and it will never get posted Save yourself the trouble and order from somewhere else

I got expensive frozen and damaged
I got expensive frozen and damaged plant with one Leaf and root left too Got voucher of half of the plants price Ordered 4 new cheaper plants Three of them were packed so poorly leaves damaged badly Could have been avoided by packing plants properly I got refund minus voucher so the refund was like zero and at the same time i told them the first ordered plant died of probably been frosted like the rest of thebplant They did not get refund because of time had expired So conclusion i gave them 160 euros of my money for totally dead plant with 80 euros refunded of it with voucher Ordered another plants with new postage and got 3 broken plants they refunded 20 euros They did not count my voucher to the refund So i have now cheap broken plants with big money D

The plant that I received were totally
The plant that I received were totally f cked up All the leaves were damaged and one stem were completely rotten They offered me a 20 discount on another order As if I d ever wanna buy from them again They refuse to give me my money back unless I ship it back to them I ll have to pay for shipping As if the plant will survive that The other plants that I also got were broken leaves cut stems and so on Such a awful company and I ll NEVER recommend them

Awful service 1 I haven t received any updates when to pick up my plants from the store - I had to remind them about my order 2 They tried to give me unhealthy looking plants until I insisted to exchange them The exchanged plants weren t looking totally healthy but the shop didn t have any other replacement 3 The vendor told me I have to watch the plants put them in a different room for quarantine for 2 weeks and if I see plants are doing worse then contact the costumer support 4 I contacted the costumer support after 3 weeks when I realized the situation with all nee leafs is bad They said I should have contacted them not later than 2 weeks since delivery time there was no delivery and unclear dating as they simply forgot about my order This is completely irritating and misleading information and the PC sells unhealthy plants I would strongly recommend you NOT to buy from them
