NEVER AGAIN
On November 26th I made a purchase Despite four requests made so far 18 12 I haven t received a delivery date Despite two assurances that it would arrive by the middle of the following week which was the case for the past two weeks I am still without this information Unfortunately I am unable to cancel the order as the 14-day window has expired and I must leave for Christmas I acknowledge the impact of weather conditions but this level of unreliability is extremely frustrating I am immensely disappointed and vow to never purchase from this source again They are ignoring all of my requests of a delivery date always answering we will make our best to delivery the plant as soon as possible since November

Great store with a variety of natural
I have ordered K chenkr uter seed pack as well as the suggested soil Although it has been only one week some of the plants have sprouted Delivery was timely I really have nothing to complain about I actually also wanted to buy a big plant from them but the prices were too high or lets say i found cheaper ones at IKEA So i decided against ordering Essentially not a problem with the company or their service tho If i have to order any seeds again i would probably order from them again

Very helpful products against fungus gnats
This was not my first time ordering at plantura because the ordering experience is great Everything came on time and their products are a great help in helping the fungus gnats that are trying very hard to overrung my plant collection
