Really happy with the job Platinum Exteriors did on the back of my house Roughcasters were diligent to a fault and took so little time to do a totally professional job Scaffolders were approachable and friendly and had the scaffolding down a day after the job causing minimal disruption Office staff were always in communication to let you know what was happening Would recommend all staff without hesitation

The Platinum team fitted our new roof in Oct 2023 Communications with Ian were excellent so friendly and professional Fraser and the team completed the job in a week and we are delighted with it In the storms over the last week we have felt reassured having our new roof

Excellent experience and quality finish

We had two large sections of the front of our house re-rendered with K Rend and also our exterior front paintwork resprayed so that the whole front of the house now looks like new Previously the render was badly cracked and we had a mixture of paint finishes We also had a sealant put on the front of our brick to weather proof it Ian came out to discuss the whole process with us and explained the options and price points thoroughly and clearly Communication throughout the job was very good and special mention to Lynda for keeping us posted when weather conditions affected the schedule The overall experience and the quality of the finish has been excellent and we wouldn t hesitate to recommend Platinum to others
