Not professional just professional crooks
Ordered motorised screen from here got delivered not working faulty I got no help or advice or anything so I m stuck with a broken screen that stinks and don t work AVOID these crooks

Don t bother
Don t bother tried to order but would not accept my address on the website upon my ordering tried to contact them but they don t respond to emails or answer the phone Tried numerous times Had to go elsewhere

Platinum Garbage
I bought an item from the company before 2pm for next delivery my problems began after I ordered the item tried to get confirmation for next delivery without success After more enquiries the screen shows up without suitable warning The item is not what I ordered no fitting or user instructions Tried contacting them on the phone no answer Sent a number of emails no response Now the next course of action is to sue them in court or they can refund me plus compensation for the inconvenience I wish had gone to another more reliable company as I had originally planed I don t recommend Platinum Home Cinema all they care about is taking customers money and they don t care about providing good customer service when things go wrong See you in court Platinum

either trading illegally whilst insolvent and still accepting payments or a scam Phone number and email addresses are dead ends Had to arrange a chargeback through my card issuer
