I hired a limousine Hummer H2 Limousine 16 seater from this company on the 30th of May for my cousin s wedding in Liverpool The driver picked us from home to a park for photo and we arrived at the park around 4 30 pm We were ment to arrive at the wedding hall at 6 pm The Limousine were not there from where it was at 5 20 pm I thought he was going to return back but that wasn t the case It turned out that he left us stranded I called him 10 times he didn t pick up I phoned the office and only the picked their phone after 5 attempts By now it was 5 45 pm and when I asked them why he left us I couldn t believe what he was saying He simply said he left us because some one said to him we didn t need him and he was free to go I am the one who hired him and he knows me and I was there they didn t consult me First no one was going to say that and even if any one said to them the terms and conditions clearly stated that the driver will not accept any instructions from any member other than the hirer Anyways despite I paid my money I begged them that we need to be at the venue at 6 and they need to do something However even without any apology they said it is nearly 6 and they can t do anything We waited for taxi for 50 minutes and we hired 4 taxis for all of us and finally arrived 7 20 pm The whole program was a mess just because of them I am still trying to talk to the manager but they are not picking their phone POOR customer service and UNPROFESSIONAL

They absolutely left us in the lurch on our wedding day I booked a Hummer Limo for a wedding I initially booked it for 2pm but as with weddings everything changes last minute and there s a lot to organise we found out late that the bridal party needed to arrive at the venue at 2 45pm The venue was 20 mins away and I booked a one-way rental at a price of 350 I got a call literally an hour and a half or so before 2pm by the driver confirming everything but said that the bridal party needed to be ready straight away which simply couldn t happen as they would get there far too early I pleaded with the company asking if there was anything they could do to offer some flexibility with an extra 20 minutes saying I would pay extra but they just wouldn t leaving me absolutely screwed I appreciate you have other jobs on but spending 350 on a short journey and having no flexibility at all because you ve booked a job far too quickly after is just not on and ridiculous You can keep your deposit I don t care I just wanted you to know the pain and issues you caused on an already stressful day DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Update They replied very aggressively on Facebook to my review stating they would chase me for the remainder of the payment that they are a 5 star company clearly not I replied to that effect they removed my comment and banned me another display of fantastic customer service

Woeful service - never even turned up

DO NOT USE - CANCELLED ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING BECAUSE THEY HAD DOUBLE BOOKED The bride and bridal party had to find alternatives to get to the wedding venue causing HUGE stress on the MORNING of the wedding due to them deciding to book somebody in at the time we needed them SHOCKING

Sent the wrong colour limo didn t ring to let me know as I would have cancelled I wasn t at home to watch the groomsmen to get in so when it turned up as I was shocked and refused to have any pictures taken as it was cheap and tacky I hate silver limos A white one was ordered I feel the excuse they made afterwards isn t acceptable and tbh they ve just tried to fob me off

Booked a limo to York races On the way there the driver couldn t have been nicer Unfortunately the return driver with the minibus was dreadful impolite and in such a rush it felt uncomfortable and speeding We asked him to turn the music up and he replied you need to chill out turning the music down afterwards We asked the driver to stop before our destination to drop us off which he refused Do not use this company they take your money give you 5 star on the way to your destination and a 1 star on the way back AVOID

We used this company for our wedding we had several complaints regarding our hire which were brushed of and they said it was nothing to do with them that they were just a third party company The driver wasnt very pleasant just seemed like he wasn t interested Obviously you don t know what your going to get until it turns up then you have to deal with it and make the most of it

Lots of issues on our special wedding day totally fobbed off by the company when we complained nothing addressed really we don t want 10 off the next trip hopefully you only get married once I want to mention that Kevin was polite and helpful on the first step of enquiry no issues with him

Absolute disaster Do not use We used them for a wedding I told the driver I could smell burning and he said so can I and did nothing Driver was erratic and kept taking wrong turns But worse was to come on the way back the car was full of young girls the car started smoking on the motorway and they were left stranded in the dark luckily one of the guests saw and picked the girls up It was horrendous Asked for a refund and was offered 50 pounds Ridiculous

Excellent service professional friendly polite helpful Limo arrived early and waited until we was ready The limo was comfortable clean and a wonderful ride our driver maz amazing
