Amazing and gets even better I backed via crowdfunding and received mine here in Australia October last year The initial summaries were okay but a bit simplistic However there have been two upgrades and after the last one this is my go-to AI transcription I have used Chat GPT Notion automated process as well as other AI transcription and Plaud is now the best and easiest to use I have just returned tonight from a 2hr Book Club and used Plaud note to summarise I recently made a mistake when trying to apply a subscription and ended up adding a subscription I did not need Support were helpful albeit a bit slow to get back to me but were able to rectify this I am lucky to have one but can appreciate your frustration if you are still waiting Colleagues have seen this in operation and instantly ordered one I hope you all get yours soon

Oddly enough for a five-star review
Oddly enough for a five-star review the Plaud note was not really what I needed So I contacted them to return the product There was some kind of mix-up with the emails at first but they got that fixed and were very gracious and refunded my purchase They also invited me to keep the plaud note for my troubles

I just love this gadget
I bought 3 devices for my team and myself It is amazing how it works it really saves you a lot of time Transcription and summaries are incredible Also their post-sale service is so kind they are willing to help you as much as they can Many of my friends and customers who has seen my Plaudnote device working asked me for their web site to buy their own Hopefully in the future transcription could identify speakers by the voice tone and be able to name them I just love this gadget

It s an AI Assistant in Pocket
I received mine and it s seriously fantastic Records and transcribes my meetings perfectly it s easy to use it s sleek and well-made the packaging was great and the AI features of giving summaries has been extremely useful for me The only issue I ve had is that for the one test call I recorded just now in a gas station with ambient music and talking is that I couldn t hear the other speaker hardly at all and they were barely picked up for transcription I ll have to do more testing However I m also using a non-Apple phone case AND their leatherette case thing which is really really nice btw So idk if the call quality is affected by that I would assume yes greatly I ll test again But seriously this is one of the highest quality products I ve ever gotten from Kickstarter and so far everything has exceeded my expectations
