They totally don t care about u and ur time
My God It is a disaster Two days in a row I m trying to get the home internet installed in the center of Warsaw The tech guy never showed up but during these two days I got the false messages that I was not at home and canceled the appointment myself Whaaat How They don t give u the number of a tech guy but he knows urs No understanding if he must should or might call u before his visit Got the information that they should but most likely they won t do it U have no understanding of when and if smbdy will come The contacts provided by their website doesn t speak any other language but Polish not even English But then some girl provided me a secret number with some english speaking people and actually each time they were nice and helped to sent a complaint hope they did it actually no chance to prove Ur complaint gonna be under consideration for 13 days whaaaat it is an emergency in ur business guys some district employee leaves u without a customer so ur money and nobody takes care of the current situation Highly pissed off as I took 2 days off work for the sooner installation process And still have no guarantee that I ll have the internet tomorrow So gonna go to another provider

I went for Play as I had UPC before not only it was a hassle to get the contract should already be a warning signal but the internet did not work with my company security Additionally my contract was indefinite which should allow me to cancel the contract anytime Although that is true there is two months grace period during which they expect you to pay for the internet even though you do not have the router And there is no return of money which was the case of UPC and also you have to pay to return the router Therefore I don t recommend play

The worst customer experience I ever had I have been trying to understand why they are charging me additional money for migration after it was already paid Chat support told me that they can t see anything on invoices - are we using different documents No option to send a screenshot by chat Guys be serious please Tried to reach out over email - added a complaint too Result I was asked to send them VIA EMAIL my address my code my PIN and my personal identification number seriously guys This month again they charged me for migration that happened in January seems I will go to a stationary point PLAY - terrible support Terrible procedures

Terrible wifi connection even worse service
Terrible wifi connection dies every 10 minutes and you have to manually reconnect everytime Took me 5 tries just to write this freaking review When you call they don t do anything useful and refuse to send a technician They pretend the wifi connection is stable and it must be our own fault The technician who came to install the wifi box was definitely not a technician and didn t even test the network I had to go into the administration settings and adjust the internet myself which obviously still haven t worked Can t connect to the wifi wirelessly with the PS5 and when I plug in the LAN cable it still doesn t work

Terrible media company to deal with
Terrible media company to deal with Threaten to cut mobile phone service and continue to send messages urging you to change your package Also urging you to change tv and Internet package from UPC to PLAY and get a brand new all singing all dancing PLAY TV Box Great my landlady thought A sub-contracted courier delivered the box with no set up instructions particularly the network settings to get this new SUPER-DUPER broadband package service being offered On installing the box all my English channels did a Brexit and now I have maybe 10 Polush channels and no radio channel and no Internet Customer service both on the phone and in the shops is pathetic I don t know how much they pay their celebrities to advertise their products but I suggest they cancel them put real life people on the adverts get real factual opinions and spend the advertising money on retraining their customer service personnel
