Do not give this company your credit card details

I signed my son up to prodigy game 3 years ago because his school required it I gave them my credit card details and they have been charging me approximately 100 a year even though I no longer require this game I have tried emailing and calling and my bank tells me the only way I can stop them charging me is to cancel my credit card Now I have to cancel all of my direct debits to that card The amount of hassle this game has caused me is unbelievable Don t do it

Very bad security and predatory billing practices My son created a parent account took my credit card without my knowledge and billed over 600 to it on Prodigy within 24 hrs Interestingly the billing occurred whilst the whole family was asleep Prior to this I had multiple cc transaction alerts my cc is normally locked for online purchases as prodigy seems to use an automated billing process which will repeated raise a charge every 2-4 hours until payments go through At the end of the day I ll get my money back but have to cancel my credit card This is why 2-Factor Authentication is so important Keep your kids well away from this product Why has this company not been shut down yet

This game sucks because it lags and it seems to be a educational game but if you are a child stressful games stress you and it make you get nervous at school So this game is bad You want to go somewhere that exists you can t the problems are too bad and annoying This is a POV of a child at school

Prodigy English is amazing you can chop down trees sell wood sea shells flowers and rocks You get to decorate your own village with items you get It takes a lot of time to load And I don t like how you need wish coins for a lot Of stuff and you need to be a member and you need to pay for that too
