I am a new customer and I found that Playfaire co uk provides a great online experience Their prices are very competitive and the online order process was so easy The Steiff Teddy bear which I ordered for my nephew s birthday was perfect and arrived boxed well packed and protected There was a slight problem with the delivery which following a telephone call to the Company was immediately addressed by George It is refreshing to be able to actually speak to a member of staff in Customer Service instead of having to deal with Live chat or Email only enquiries Playfaire is quite clearly Customer Focused and based on my positive experience this Company will be my first port of call in the future Many thanks Playfaire for all your wonderful assistance

Wooden toy
Bought the Trixie wooden play kitchen for my daughter Excellent quality product and much nicer than I expected Photos didn t do the product justice Very pleased it was in the sale too Bought from PlayFaire as couldn t find it cheaper elsewhere and the website is user friendly and easy to navigate PlayFaire will be my go to website for toys in the future
