Seriously gone downhill recently

In the beginning it was amazing quality great creations As time has gone on the quality of the site the features and the ai generated images has gone seriously downhill Its now an absolute shambles with very badly generated pictures

I came across a series of 10 images on PlaygroundAI so similar to one of my paintings that they even showed up when I used Google s reverse image search for my original artwork The AI had obviously been fed with my painting and had been instructed to remove watermarks and signatures PlaygroundAI completely ignored my initial DMCA takedown request and only took down the images after 4 more messages That was roughly two months after the first complaint and just after I had contacted my lawyer These people do not care about legality Don t support them

Playground AI is no more

I m a writer of a visual novel and this app helped me for a year to produce the most magnificent images for my project and the tool I used was image-to-image on board but once the page changed I couldn t do anything anymore with it The quality of those images dropped to gritty ugly looking and didn t match the quality at all when I set the prompt guidance scale to 20 but everything came out as it was 5 or 7 and also the the safety filter went hypersensitive for my prompt which I ve used to many months before without no problems Said that the prompt I tried to create violated the community guidelines when there was nothing that could violate it I tried to contact the staff several times about it which some of them promised to look into but without any resolve or answer what was happening for over few months Ultimately one of them replied I think his name was Justin with less than minimum effort without any explanation or alternative options Said that they wouldn t be making any adjustments to the safety filter didn t give options to other sites to help with my projects or frankly gave a single f for my problem or the situation Absolutely shocking and pathetic customer service and attitude and the most tragic thing is that it was my favorite app to make images and suddenly it became nothing but a shadow of itself in a less than year

Scam of a program

Nope don t do it This is a scam I recently purchased a Pro account in order to use the upscale by 4x feature And for days and in every design that feature has failed to upscale When you go to live chat with someone they clearly use AI as their customer service I m getting replies like thanks we ll consider that feature suggestion Etc There is no real customer support What a waste of 144 Don t use

Tried using the free version for the first time but every time I tried to make a change it would go to a screen asking to upgrade to the pro version Total waste of time Couldn t even tell if the product was any good Will never try this product again

There s nothing you can do with a subscription All you can do is use their templates not many options or put your own image but when you do put your image and try to do something with it it does it so bad It can t even properly generate ANY object They don t refund also so don t even bother
