Problem with withdrawal

I am waiting for them to transfer funds to my bank account from May 23 Every time I contact customer support I am getting standard answer your withdrawal was confirmed you will receive money in 3-5 business days Today is June 12 so I am very doubtful that they will do transfer at all Terrible experience P S After weeks of negotiations numerous emails and live chats with Playzee I received funds on June 17 Not sure if I will go through this again

My girlfreind was playing on playzee last night used the same deposit method as allways And she won 340 After withdrawing the above amount she was locked out of her account and told its normal practice to protect there customers this dosnt make any sense as she s won small amounts before and they went into her paypal after 10 minutes of withdrawal Playzee is not the place to gamble I have seen some right horror stories about playzee and iv told my partner to expect to loose her 340 as playzee seem to like doing this to people there s more and more popping up and speaking out Anyone eltes in a situation like this please seek legal advice
