Our recent visit to the empire

We recently payed a visit to the empire on the 18 10 24 with our little girl who is plouise obsessed we drove from glasgow then drove home that day and i can assure you it was well worth it My little girl was in such a bubble still is The place is just beautiful she played the envelope competition to try win herself an advent and was so chuffed with the products she won We made cookies and wrote her letter to santa and also had a visit to the store to see all the products The staff were all so kind and welcoming took time to speak to you The cakes from the patisserie and milkshakes were so nice too we enjoyed them My partner wasn t really looking forward to going as it really is a girls day out however now he is looking to bring our girl back again and is at the verge of buying her the advent haha He even said it was amazing too a massive thank you to all the staff on that day and hopefully we will be back soon

Can I just say a massive thank you I wish I had got the boys name when we visited on Thursday I travelled from Glasgow to pick up a few presents I normally just purchase on Tiktok shop but my daughter and nieces wanted the full experience From the beginning everyone including security made us feel special The very handsome and striking young man who served us was patient and nothing was an issue especially as I ordered and my 12 year old daughter then wanted order herself she then asked me for a couple of different presents With a smile on his face an iPad in his hand he didn t take my sorry as I felt I was an inconvenience he told me that this was what Plouise was about I would return to your beautiful experience not only because of how special it was but also because of your staff Molly my daughter is allergic to dairy and nuts and couldn t do the cookies as the staff was sure there was milk This would normally be a headache for me the full day she was that mesmerised with the place and experience she didn t even mention it again Again it s a simple email of thanks as people are often quick to complain but don t compliment enough Keep smashing life
