Shahrukh responded quickly to all of our queries We were grateful to have swift replies from Shahrukh when our sellers solicitors were working more slowly As things got more complicated with our purchase having a management company involved Shahrukh explained things clearly on a telephone call to me This was helpful to understand why there was some delays Thank you to Shahrukh and the lovely lady on his team who I spoke to when I called concerned We also used PLS for our sale and this was much quicker due to there being no management company involved Was impressed by the efficiency and quickness of response to queries etc

Excellent Shahrukh was amazing from start to finish Always emailed back within the hour always had time to take my call always explained everything to me what we was waiting for or what the next step was nothing was ever a problem for him Shahrukh made the process seems far to easy but I know it wasn t as the other solicitor s was hard to reach dodging calls and emails Shahrukh did everything we wanted and got us in before Christmas from agreed sale and completion and In our new house in 9 weeks Shahrukh made it happen Can t thank you enough
