Customer service is non-existent I was sent the wrong order I send three emails in the past week and have gotten no response I phoned and they have an automatic message that says Dear Customer due to the present circumstances we are unable to answer your phone call We are working hard to get your orders out on time if have queries please email salesatplumbingproducts ie and we will get back to you as soon as possible What a scam Avoid at all costs

Ordered item on line Wrong item sent I phoned but message indicated that phone is not being answered at the moment It suggested email for response Three emails later there is still no response I noted from reviews that it is a common experience with this company I could not recommend this company

I placed an order for a 24hr flash timer 07 11 2022 Still not arrived 26 11 2022 No despatch notice Absolutely disgraceful service I will never use again No heating in part of the house because of this Website says ope 11 - 6 Saturdays tried all day same recorded message No one available to take your call I want a refund not the product Zero communication
