Friendly and professional manner of office staff and plumber helped give me trust in this company The turn around between me contacting them for a quote and having a new boiler installed was around a week it probably could have been quicker but I took some time to think The installation went smoothly and I now have a shiny new boiler under 10 year warranty All communications between myself and the company were very professionally dealt with and clear I will be recommending this company to friends and neighbours

Plumb London score top marks for fast efficient communication and friendly competent engineers who know what they are doing I have used them for a number of years for both gas heating and plumbing jobs On two dates in October this year Peter dealt with central heating and radiator maintenance work on external pipes a blocked tap and a filter change on a reverse osmosis system He arrived on time removed all waste and was friendly and informative throughout answering all my questions I would recommend both him and Plumb London without hesitation as a first class outfit

Plumb London did a great job for our boiler replacement They were really professional and we got the sense we were in safe hands all the way through 2 months later the boilers still running perfectly and we ve had no issues We got a few quotes but decided on them because their prices were competitive and they had a warranty terms We re also using them again for our annual servicing
