i contacted plumb spares direct as i was getting desperate to find the correct cartridge valves for a mixer tap bought elsewhere who were not helpful and their admin support Emma was able to identify the correct valves from the model number and locate a supplier - sent me the advice on how to order through plumb spares as not listed on their website and kept in touch through out Excellent customer service
