I think this company is a scam

I think this company is a scam I paid for two items and they never arrived I have tried contacting the company 7 times - they were responsive to begin with saying that the parcel had been delivered but have stopped replying to my emails They have no number to call only email I would avoid purchasing from this company They also operate using three seperate emails It s weird

Entitled dropshippers AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They deserve zero stars If they aren t a scam they are VERY close to it Long story short my order couldn t get delivered because the courier got confused The package then got automatically returned to them my tracking confirmed this Put in a claim on PayPal for a refund luckily I paid with PayPal They dragged their heals Said they wouldn t give me a refund because it still costs them money when things get shipped back to them Which I think they can afford honestly considering the exorbitant profit they sell these things for Escalated my case and PayPal got me a refund DO NOT give this company any of your money

Utter crooks Do not order from them

If I could give zero stars I would Ordered beginning of June never delivered Company insisted item had been delivered and would not accept my insistence it had not I d waited three months and was fed up and asked for a refund Company refused showing me evidence item had been delivered I asked for the evidence they provided a photo of where it had been delivered which was not my address I proved it was not my address with photos of my house and the photos off google earth asked once more for a refund They refused and insisted they d posted another Four months on and item still not here company absolutely swerve all requests for a refund They are basically crooks Do not order from these utter wasters no customer service no intention of providing what you order My own fault for ordering from a stupid advert on instagram Never again

Avoid - slow and unreliable

Claim fast and free shipping on their website Free is correct fast isn t Ordered over 2 weeks ago and items still haven t left China Trying to email customer service gets a Message Undeliverable response so the only way to contact is through their website Their website has also had a Sale Ends Today banner for at least 2 weeks now which is very misleading I would avoid and am considering a chargeback on my credit card Not worth your time or money

This company is not prepared to exchange or refund faulty products x 2 Very poor service I bought through Instagram advertising and I m dismayed to see exactly the same product on Amazon significantly cheaper

Placed order on 13th Aug

Placed order on 13th Aug Still nothing received so contacted themGot 2 replies - 1 saying items were unavailable then a few hours later saying they were dispatched Still no goods and no reply from customer service

Avoid

Purchase made 17 July and the order is still marked as Order processed by shipper and In Transit When I sent an email to their support email listed on website I got a Delivery Status Notification Failure bounce back with a virus marked attachment from their email server Not sure if my order will ever arrive but have little faith at this point Seems like a scam

Items sent from China not Australia

Company boasts being 100 Australian owned but fails to share that they are shipping the item directly from China No contact number for support only email After complaining about the delay I receive some generic response about how they ship direct from the manufacturer to save in carbon emissions

LIARS

Items are drop shipped from Beijing not located in Australia as their company states They re liars I believe this is a company name in Australia but it s all sent out of China They say they tell people they send direct from their manufacturer but they don t Nothing is stated on their website of that nature They re taking advantage of people who are wanting to support aussie businesses
