Unfulfilled Order Poor Communication and Disappointing Customer Service
I placed an order at the beginning of December attracted by their Christmas gift promotion However aside from being charged immediately I have received no updates or information about my order It s now clear I won t be receiving it in time for the holidays I have contacted Pococo multiple times with no response The lack of communication and failure to fulfill the order has been extremely frustrating I will be pursuing a chargeback and strongly recommend avoiding this company if possible

The experience overall was not great
The experience overall was not great Customs cost me way too much because pococo didn t declare the value correctly When i submitted my 80 usd with rebates order to customs they accessed pococo s website with my order number and it showed the price without the rebate and they charged me vat on the higher price plus processing fees So just consider you will pay an additional two-digit when your order arrives The product is good

Amazing projector
this projector is just superb it invites you to travel and is perfect for falling asleep thanks to its timer I also use it during massage sessions the discs are numerous and varied and of good quality I am impatiently awaiting the new releases

Very good product and friendly shop
The discs and the projector are from a good quality and we ordered multiple star sets Everything was fine with the order and the discs entertain our kids every evening until she sleeps Delivery of the products was about a week or maybe faster I can recommend the shop and would order again
