Kind quick and great help
Although the problem we had was not directly with Podbean the distribution in some apps need more steps you help me a lot to solve it and now Im only waiting for the review to get published The answers to my emails were always very kind and helpful and the answering time was very quick

First-time Call for Help--Outstanding
This was the first time I had to contact Podbean Customer Service It was easy to submit my request for help and they responded quickly and accurately to my question They even followed up with 24-hours to ensure I was satisfied with their response I ve been in the customer service business for many years and this was an absolutely fantastic experience I m glad to be part of the Podbean family

Podbean s customer service staff should
Podbean s customer service staff should run the world I spoke with them everyday over a week and a half handling every instance quickly and with a plan Melody was incredibly efficient kind a boss Everyone was so adept at their job I m like gonna miss them now that all is resolved

I had to migrate my podcast due to Acast abruptly changing their TOS after I was a client for 5 years and they dropped me with no real consideration Podbean has been so incredibly helpful and quick to respond to help me get my podcast back up and running and I am incredibly grateful to them for that
