Decent site to store podcasts music mixes and make available via RSS feed to Apple etc The main cause for my rating is the customer service and billing I was on a plan that auto-renewed when I thought I had cancelled it The price was 3 times the previous year and I reached out to their support immediately when the payment went through They refused refund and haven t responded back again since even though they ve charged me the new significantly higher price Would ve been nice to discuss a discounted rate to the plan or a lower plan Terrible customer service Find an alternate to Podomatic it s a basic storage service with over the top pricing No email reminder for upcoming subscription renewal or invoice payment confirmation Hopeless
