Again POGO has introduced a game that doesn t function - Monopoly Sudoku I am getting tired of the cards jumping up and down when trying to indicate a card It really is too bad that since this company took over the quality of the games has really gone downhill I will not renew when my subscription is up

They don t listen Garden Blast

They don t listen to their paying players In the past week there have been pages written in the forum on the game Garden Blast impossible to complete the game and win any badges for it you must play the game to go forward in their free event celebration Now they have made their monthly game this too No one has responded to any thing written there

Not if they were giving it away

This site is nothing but an addiction at best Gone are the great games the socialization between friends prizes fun mini s We are left with boring childish games and NO customer service Still have the worthless mods who live to bully pathetic Pogo you suck beyond

I have been a pogo member for years but

I have been a pogo member for years but quit pogo after the last set of major changes for all the reasons others have stated removal of good games upgrading games to a poorer quality having to pay for gems to get through games etc I missed it so I went back gave them another chance Now they have changed another game to the point it is no longer fun to play They just took money for an automatic renewal and two days later my list of games I can enjoy has been reduced again They have also gotten rid of the classic pogo format and changed the new one already so it is really hard to navigate Bye bye Pogo

Terrible

Terrible not fun anymore and the customer service isn t any better I struggled for over an hour to get a refund on a subscription when somehow when I went to link an account to a new email it just created a completely new account Don t give EA your money they don t deserve it and they ruined something that used to be great

Tired of the same old excuses

After over 20 years of playing the site has turned into a bad deal for me The new games are designed to sell you powerups and are blatantly rigged Every day something is not working properly and the complaints go ignored If you enjoy being ripped off and dealing with incompetence and apathy this is the site for you

they used my credit card repeatedly without asking me charging lots they then changed my secret code and when i called gave me no help instead tried to sell me expensive computer help cheated me pit pf a 3 month subscrition saying i was not listed after charging my credit card again they have gone to hell i was a member for almost since they started

Disappointed unhappyI ve been playing POGO for over 12 years was a paying member until a year ago I didn t renew because the games I played Bridge Jigsaw Detective Hangman Hijinks and Word Whomp Whackdown were removed Subsequently more of my favorites changed to where they were only available with Flash Dominoes and Monopoly Furthermore I haven t be able to play Monopoly for the last 2 days for reasons unknown Playing a single game of Word Whomp takes 15 seconds to 2 minutes Now after each game I am forced to sit through a commercial that lasts 5 seconds if I m lucky to 1 minutes a ratio completely disproportionate to the amount of play Now you can only play one game unless you sign up to become a paying member of POGO Bottom line I am disappointed and unhappy and am glad I didn t renew my subscription
