I m really pleased with the service I received from Poinsettia Style My order was received quickly and the product was as expected I always buy Freya and was happy to find such good prices online I had to return 2 items because they were too big and my refund was processed fast I think in 2 days I ll recommend to friends

I only read the negative reviews here after ordering and was then rather concerned The order went through straight away and a message was sent to say that it was complete but clicking the tracking link through to their website seemed to indicate that the order was not progressing After an instant response to an EMAIL about this it turned out that you cannot track items if ordered as a guest I needn t have worried though as the order was delivered promptly

Great Purchase No Hiccups

I had my doubts about this company however they had a sports bra at a really good price that I couldn t find anywhere else so I bit the bullet and ordered from them - and I m glad I did The order arrived on time and was well packaged and I was very pleased with my purchase The company themselves was fine too - I received an email upon placing the order and one for a shipping update Judging from the poor reviews I think the key to placing an online order with Poinsettia is to create a login rather than ordering as a guest It makes it much easier to track your order and you will encounter far fewer problems if something does go wrong with the shipping

I ordered a number of items but unfortunately had to return as they were the wrong size my fault The email exchanges I had with Vikki were very helpful extremely quick I received my refund within the 2 week guideline so no problems there Advice I asked for with regard to my next order was again helpful polite the reply was quick Great prices speedy delivery too I m horrified by some of the negative reviews that have been left as my experiences have been very positive I have already recommended Poinsettia to my friends wouldn t hesitate to recommend them here

I unfortunately ordered the wrong size I emailed Vicki who advised me to return the item I reordered another bra which came within a few days My refund was returned to me within 14 days I would definitely order again Contact with Vicki was very quick and helpful
