Scam Placed order goods not received nor refund Telephone does not exist This website needs to be reported

Received order but only half tablets in box

Received order but only half tablets in pack and as stated before on here phone number doesn t exist Needs investigating

Do not order from them

Ordered 4 items and only one arrived I queried this with no response initially but then finally got a response stating the other items were out of stock and I would get a refund A month on I have no refund and I am getting no responses to my emails The phone number on the website doesn t work and a phone number that was on an email response claimed they had no trace of me being a customer Do NOT trust this company

Order out of stock and never refunded

Placed ordered and paid was told 4 days later that product was out of stock and I would get a refund Still no refund I have also reported the website to the National Cyber Security Centre as a scam and customers should do the same

Awful customer service

Total lack of customer service Website says customer queries are answered within 24 hours they are not and don t waste your time calling their listed contact number as it does not exist

Pointmeds online pharmacy no meds delivered and money taken

Ordered a prescription on Pontmeds for next day delivery got no email confirming my order or tracking number took my money Nothing delivered even after waiting 4 days Order on my account says completed but still not able to find a tracking number or get any information Complaint sent to them Will be contacting my bank and reporting them as a scam They said royal mail would be delivering they have no info on it then they said Evri would be delivering but no email received from them either

Scam Do not buy from them they aren t medical they take your money and do not deliver Shouldn t be allowed to do this Disgusting as this is medicine that people rely on
