I love the app but there are too many

I love the app but there are too many win loss mistakes crediting of free bet mistakes and it takes too long to get stuff fixed with customer service

Like the app But 2 things I don t like is when you get in a lighting bet and all of a sudden it processing and then the odds go really low and not what they were and it takes your bet Also give back the 3 team parlay boost it s way better than the same game one

I dislike the fact that the cash shows

I dislike the fact that the cash shows it s available but won t let you and I took 2 different surveys and never received my free bets on 2 separate occasions

App is decent Could allow longer and more cashout options Daily bonus should be 2-3 per day due to how much money is put into this app and not won Should have higher stakes by now

What I like are

What I like are The promos are decent and I like the 10 or 15 free bets either SGP or live bets every monday Thursday night and Sunday Afternooons The odds are good on most sporting events and customer service is good and have not had any issues like I have had on either sportsbooks The 2 things I do not like or could use improvement are 1 Payouts although only 2 days on average from requesting to my checking account is not bad but slower then 2 OF MY OTHER SPORTSBOOKS Barstools I get my money in bank account within 15-20 minutes no lie I am not making that up If I request it at 8pm its usually in checking account if i choose that method by 815-820 and on rare occurrence might take 30 minutes Bet mgm usually takes 45minutes to an hour so little bit faster then you guys 2 days 2 like i said decent promos but You guys dont offer any or many at all deposit matches On average get weekly or bi weekly deposit matches from bet mgm but never seen one on pointsbet They do 50 and 100 deposit matches up to 500 at least every 2-3 weeks

Pretty decent sportsbook

Pretty decent sportsbook The app UX is a little lackluster and hard to navigate and way too many menus and links and stuff I m also disappointed as a customer because I failed the first karma committee submission I attempted for a really bad beat I took on a bet I get that I lost the bet and I m not bitter about that but every large sportsbook has granted me something on the first big beat I took on their platform as a courtesy but pointsbet dismissed my concerns immediately It wasn t even a friendly response email I ve been trying to move most of my business to pointsbet to support a Colorado company but now it s costing me money to stay on this platform and I gotta shift back to the big players if I want to keep turning a profit

Good Betting Site but insufficient promos

I enjoy betting on Points Bet however I believe that I should receive a higher level of promotions given how active I bet

Easy to use promos and withdraws arent the best

The use of the app is really easy to use The 1 major downfall is u can deposit with a card but cant withdraw to that card u can send it to your bank account if that bank is on their list also can withdraw to paypal I just wish they had more options Also their promos arent quite as good compared to other sportsbooks All in all points bet is probably in my top 3 sportsbooks
