Looks like a modern platform and good deal but that s it Its actually slower more inefficient and burocratic than most of the banks If you are desperate for credit well you can stay and wait for ages In my case I was only interested in the cashback offer and lost so much time requesting the credit cards Saddest part I gave all the information from the start Nevertheless I received 3 letters requesting information they already had on hand and made me send 4 different letters like in the 1950 s The worst part is that the cards were still not approved as I needed to do a second online application I of course declined as its been a month already The few hundred CHFs of cashback are not worth 1 month wasting time I really wonder what would happen if I had an emergency Total unreliable service Better stay with your bank folks
