Superdrug one day click and order service avoid

I ordered a pharmacy item through Superdrug online three days ago and used the one day order and collect service for 1 50 so I expected to receive my order to store two days ago Superdrug uses Evri as the delivery company and although initially evri contacted me the following day to say they had my parcel and it was on its way to store I later get an update saying they are unable to deliver that day without a reason and I will be updated the following day I have heard nothing since and my tracking info is the same as it was two days ago I am unable to contact the store to find out of they have recieved it as the contact number is not in use so I am left with not knowing what has happened with my order Furthermore Evri tried to deliver my order during store closing times Maybe this is why it was unable to be delivered I feel this is very poor organisation and service from a well established company and using a courier service that is unable to fulfill the delivery is very disappointing to say the least I have wasted my money and time as I now have to re-order with another company Avoid the one day order and collect service if you really need the item the following day

You get all the bad cards

The shipping was on time the cards weren t fake but they all were bad cards for the price I payed I payed 50 for these cards and I got 13 of value from them This also happened to my sister Poke collects gets most of its cards from people anyone selling cards to them for money Of course they ll give them the trash V-stars and V-maxes so the buyers get this cards for LITERALLY twice the price Not fun at all

Terrible Customer Service

Beware of Poke-Collect I pre ordered a Pokemon Vivid Voltage booster box from them back in mid October However I never recieved my box after waiting for 4 months I contacted customer service multiple times about my order and never recieved any response I contacted them via email phone and on there Instagram account but recieved 0 response from any of these methods This is terrible customer service and I would not recommend purchasing from them After waiting 4 months my purchase was refunded to my account with no further explanation from the company I had not sent any notice that I wanted to cancel my order

Why I Can No Longer Support Poke Collect

Honestly the store as a whole was a great experience However when I heard that Gabriel Smart is now being sponsored by this store I can no longer support this store Gabriel Smart has done nothing but harass my friends and I for the past two years Via Twitter Facebook and other social media sites Gabriel managed to verbally abuse myself and others Saying hurtful things that I do not want to even repeat through text Gabriel Smart has become one of the most monstrous people that I have ever interacted with On behalf of me and the many other people who have been deeply hurt and negatively affected by Gabriel Smart I can no longer support your store

obviously hand chosen pokemon cards value of 30 00for 5 full art cards and majority of cards were promos and garbage cards that I already had multiple copies of making tons of money off of crappy cards sent I would highly recommend spending your money on purchasing the cards you want instead of paying this much money for crappy value They advertise ultra rares but buyer beware they pick the cards that come into the pack nothing trustworthy about this way of doing business when they can pick if you get anything of value No more business from me stick with tcgplayer and buy your cards and actually get the value of the purchase

Order never sent

Package ended up in America somewhere apparently I live in Europe They get one star for refunding me in a timely fashion Maybe too timely almost like it was expected No questions asked no explanation given just a refund Very weird
