A rip off Not only did the 34 shipping take longer than advertised there was another 80 of customs and tax charges that weren t billed to me until days AFTER I d made the purchase Not fair The full cost should have been transparent at the point of purchase

Delayed by 3 weeks no refund or discount
Delayed by 3 weeks with no update arrived after the event and therefore no use to us We tried to contact them for several weeks via different contact methods with no reply until a few days before we needed them We requested a refund as we had not be told that they would be delayed Then they said it was too late as they had made them and they would be shipped soon
