Horrible customer service
My husband stated he didn t want the product even before the entire shipment was complete I still haven t received my money back We aware they will charge you a restocking fee even before the item ships There seems to be only one non-communicative customer service representative I d hate to see if you had an issue with the product We tried to mail back the 87 lb cooler for the tub which wasn t received and the cost would be 700 My husband and a friend had to lift it into the car and drive it 2 hours to Whittier California to return it Still no refund even after they said they refunded the credit card

Poor Communication
Quality of tub material seems good Hoses are poor material and link easily Difficult to all fittings to seal properly and not allow air into the system Poor communication with tech support The manual was missing information and was unclear as well with some sections I called and texted with questions and was redirected to email and no one ever responded Then I reached out to the number I had been using to say nobody is responding ant that email and that phone response went dead also If I can t get this thing to work you need to refund my money

I m a week into cold plunging with this chiller 1 0hp and so far so good Easy set up fills quickly and a breeze to drain drain extender included Super happy and feel great all day Energy has been great Also came with nice packaging and instructions
