Very happy with the service and the product
We had a very good experience with Polar Bear windows We had a composite front door and a window installed with them Despite there being a delay in installation due to a fault with the door we were kept informed the whole way through the process and we couldn t be happier with our new front door I would say that other window companies we have spoken to have used really pushy sales tactics and been really secretive about the real price of things but I found the sales team really transparent about what options would cost more and what was included as standard The installations guys were also really lovely so friendly left my house clean and tidy All in all really great and when we decide to update our other windows we will use them again

New front door
Had a new door fitted as the old front door had several issues The whole team was helpful and polite good quote and I was kept up to date with the progress New door looks great and I am so happy I went with Polar Bear Windows A service

First off I d like to thank your team both in the office the fitters involved for a thoroughly professional fitment of our windows doors throughout our house The office staff along with Glen Mark were very friendly helpful all of the fitters were courteous industrious clean tidy A highly recommended installer of windows

So happy with the service I received from start to finish No hard sell from Glen which would have put me off straight away listened to what I wanted and very helpful I d like to say thank you to the lovely girls in the office Robyn Lily and Rosie who were always polite and helpful and very prompt keeping me updated etc The installation men again were very courteous and respectful of my home making sure carpets were protected and leaving every room spotless on finish I would only recommend polar bear windows and plan to use again in the future so pleased with my new windows thank you
