I called Polly to enquire about life Insurance and I spoke to Lewis Routley I honestly can t put into words how brilliant the service I got was Lewis was an absolute gem from start to finish I honestly can t fault the lad From somebody who didn t have the slightest clue about life insurance Lewis made it very easy for me to understand and he took my options into consideration Lewis was extremely kind and his customer service is beyond excellent Thank you so much Lewis

Wow Lewis Routley
The big life insurance chat can be so daunting but Lewis Routley has made it a great experience and has put me to ease while discussing all the finer factors that can be overlooked He is very knowledgeable and checked in all the way through our conversation He made what should have been a morbid conversation a pleasant and at some point funny one to have Thank you Lewis and thank you for being the last bit of push I needed to get covered

I work in insurance myself and Ashley was amazing talking me through my policy not using unnecessary jargon etc and made sure the information he gave me was explained if I needed it to be He was very friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the call Not often you get customer service like this anymore He s a legend
