Horrible Service

This is a Chinese company doing business in the United States When I learned that what I ordered was a Chinese Product I tried to cancel but was told the order was shipped When I received the order I tried to go through a return process but they gave me the run around then ignored me for a few days I now have made the assumption that should I return the product that they ll never send me my money so I m forced to keep the product I ll use them for washing my car

Zero customer service would not respond

Zero customer service would not respond to repeated request to exchange or refund shorts that were listed as large but are actually a small or X-small Now forces to dispute charge with credit card company

Company is a SCAM Should be zero stars This company is misleading and falsely advertising their products that are believed to be made in the USA Products are actually made in China and shipped from China This causes a significant delay in shipping which the consumer is not made aware of Customer service is horrible when asking for an update on your order They advertise you can get a full refund for your return when in fact they DON T honor and try to get you to pay for your return and never refund your money BBB has been contacted Spread the word and stay away For those that have been scammed might be time to either take the loss or file civil suit for false and misleading advertising

This company is definitely a scam I ve been trying to get a refund for an item that was sent back in the beginning of June 2023 and have yet to get a refund Contacted the company by email several times only received 3 automated emails to be patient or yet to receive package Will be reaching out to my credit card company Zero stars for customer service

Do not buy

This companies customer service is atrocious Their T shirts run much smaller than their size chart and when you attempt to request an exchange they ask you for a photo or video on how you measured I have never seen this from an online retailer It has been a week of simply trying to change from a L to an XL with no success The fabric of the shirts feels like those old cheap champion T shirts that used to cost 10 for a 3 pack I would stay away from this company as there are much higher quality gym shirts out there that don t try to force you to keep items that don t fit

I wouldn t even give them a one start review I ordered back in the beginning of November and they charge my credit card right away I contacted them because the tracking information they gave me wasn t working They sent me on back on November 27th I just checked the tracking today Dec 4th The items still haven t shipped from the location they were at on November 27th

Impossible to return

I wish I read these reviews before purchasing from them The shirts fit weird and they re impossible to return The website says to contact them about where to return things to but when I did I got a bunch of responses asking me question after question wanted me to take pictures of measuring them etc It is ridiculous It s been two weeks and 5 emails still no way to return them

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM I placed an order for Christmas and after 2 weeks no shipment updates and no response when I attempted to reach the company I finally received the products- mens shorts in size medium that were so small they barely fit my 90lb daughter No number to call and the email addresses on the site send back a response that it isn t a valid email Basically lost my money
