Excellent customer service No issues getting through to customer service for advice on which trees to order for my needs I live in Northern Ireland so it was urgent to receive my order before January 1st because of Brexit As promised my trees arrived on time and in excellent condition Thank you Pomona Fruits

Excellent quality plants

Recently ordered November a standard fig and a lingonberry The parcel arrived in the time frame stated and the plants were so well packaged and carefully delivered The standard fig is a sturdy plant approx 3-4ft high with lots of healthy buds well worth the money The lingonberry is a very healthy plant with lovely young foliage and again well packaged I have never had a duff plant from Pomona All have thrived unlike other companies with whom I have dealt

Such a great company and excellent customer service My first order was 12 strawberry plants They arrived fast healthy with large root balls and some grean leaves By mistake they sent only eleven By that time I had made a new order of another lot of strawberry plants I wrote an email about the missing plant and they promptly no questions asked sent extra 2 plants with my second order Again plants were healthy with large roots and some leaves Excellent company and I will order from then again with pleasure and confidence

Very happy with my step over braeburn apple tree Arrived in very secure packaging and was a very healthy whip By the second year I had mature apples weighing between 370-450grams each And we re some of the best tasting I ve experienced Have since bought multiple cordons from the since And happy to recommend

Just received the 4 cordon trees I d ordered Delivery was quicker than expected The trees were packaged so well that for that alone I would have left 5 stars The trees were impeccably pruned and bare roots They are all looking so healthy and in such great condition They are way bigger than I thought they were going to be I thought I d leave a review to reassure others because it took me foreeever to decide on which company to use to order my trees from Would order from Pomona Fruits any time in the future with complete confidence so will gladly give 5 stars Well done

Lovely quality plants

I ordered cell grown raspberry plants Arrived well packed and well grown I was expecting little plants that were just a few inches high and in little plastic cells but no they are in excess of 12 or 15 with a bigger rootball than I was expecting too so was very pleased Looking forward to future raspberry crops My honey berry plants which arrived separately are in fabulous healthy condition too Thankyou Pomona Fruits
