Very Unprofessional Handling I wish I had read other people’s reviews before buying from them. My parcel didn’t arrive by December 23rd, and when I asked for updates, they claimed it was delivered and told me to contact the delivery company. The delivery company confirmed they never had my package. After that, Pop Grocery told me to check my video doorbell—which I don’t even have—and then closed the case. Extremely unprofessional behavior.

The items were not delivered within the time specified Eventually delivered on 3rd Jan so too late for the Christmas gift it was supposed to beThe regular tracking updates were nothing to do with my order in fact they were tracking a parcel from the USA whereas mine was coming from ChinaI eventually received a tracking order correctly relating to my parcel but this was written in Chinese which I could not read Considering I am in the UK I find this bizarre Furthermore the last tracking link received today redirects to an unknown page 404All in all this has been a very unprofessional experience that should be urgently addressed by the company
