One star is actually being generous

Giving one star is actually being generous to this review I have been dealing with health issues for the last 7 years and have had multiple surgeries on my head so for a long while I was completely bald and my hair isn t growing as fast as I would like it to so I saw this and wanted to give it a try especially after seeing the advertisements I then ordered from the buy 2 get 2 free plus an additional bottle and everything was great until I saw multiple charges on my banking info so I emailed them to ask if they could please look into it and fix it also said thank you To my surprise they emailed back quickly and I was shocked as to what I read They canceled my order since apparently in their eyes I didn t know what I was doing they also are in the process of refunding my money and kindly told me they are not my slaves because I wasn t able to leave a tip being on a fixed income then they went even further to let me know not to try and make another purchase because I am now banned from ordering I am still in shock about this whole horrible experience and later found it was an error on my banks end
