Be careful of this company I backed this product when it was on kickstarter and 8 years later I m still empty handed Other people have gotten theirs so this seems to be based on who complains the loudest or a lottery system

Portabl is a fake company scamming buyers

They have been lying to me since Jun 2022 I foolishly only looked at their own reviews no others Within MINUTES of placing my order I was told they were back-up but I would get my order in 6-8 weeks I waited too long to dispute the charge with my credit card company 7 months even though I provided copies of all the correspondence showing me following up every month and getting the same response Of course requesting a refund through their billing department is also a slick lie We re backed-up but give us a few more weeks This was supposed to be a gift for my husband and one for me for my travels so I lost over 1500 I finally gave up trying July 2023

Please do not believe the green 5 star reviews really do your research on this company that have changed their name 5 plus times SCAM SCAM SCAMS SCAMMERS SCAMMING I gave them the order number more than 3 times and they keep giving excuses I ve asked for my money back and they want you filling out a form to obtain more personal information from you why when you have my credit card that paid for it in the first place Now they trying to get all the Negative reviews removed from trusted pilot
