I had a similar experience where I requested a 1 euro KBIS and since then every month I am declining a membership that I never asked for I cannot cancel it as I never registered it I called the French office but they told me that they cannot find my debit and that it has nothing to do with them as the statement reads Portail Des Societes GB It seems that a french company is using an English company so they can go around the EU rules I have sent an email to the GB office and intend to file a complaint within 2 weeks if this is not resolved Just make sure you stick to the official website I did but for some reason I ended up inthe Portail des societes that seem a genuine web linked to the Gov Fr Stay away and be careful
