Highly recommended company - excellent service

I ordered a print for my wife for our 25th anniversary and being your typical male I pretty much left it to the last minute but it did say if I ordered it that day it would arrive in time I then received an email a few days later to say it would now be delayed which concerned me a little so I reach out to Positive Prints who followed up for me They were able to get it sorted but also provided me a digital copy to print out just in case it didn t arrive in time which was excellent The entire time they remained helpful and accommodating and I am happy to say it arrived a few days earlier than my anniversary Thank you Positive Prints for an excellent and pleasurable experience I hope this review repays some of your kindest and professionalism - great to see now days I highly recommend this company their staff G Clifton

Love the print I was concerned it wasn t going to arrive in time for our anniversary as it was a gift but I emailed and they were very helpful and let me know that it was on the way Thank you very much Wojtek for being so positive

They have a really great customer Service and helped me a lot when I contacted them The products are unique and wonderful I will definitely order some more special gifts on their website And can highly recommend them

I had an issue with my parcel coming from an unreliable delivery company I contacted positive prints and they could not have been more helpful They found out the company had lost the package so immediately sent out a replacement via 24hr tracked When the print arrived it was fantastic The quality of the print and the materials are excellent I can t thank them enough for their help resolving a problem that was created by someone else

I purchased the Constellation Planets print for my 18 year old grandson To say he loved it is an understatement His father put a frame on it and it sits pride of place on his desk This is a very special gift for a very special grandson The quality of the paper was great - like parchment and very thick I am very glad I purchased from your company Thank you for a wonderful different gift

The final product is amazing and the support team is very helpful and replies quickly I had an issue with the coordinates and the actual address I was trying to print on the map and they were very helpful and quick to support me in the resolution of my issue Great product and service It is the second time I order from this company and I will probably do it again
